Booking Process

• A booking amount of ₹2,000 is required to participate in the plot allotment process.
• Booking is done through an online application form.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee plot allotment.

Lucky Draw & Allotment

• Plot allotment is done strictly through a lucky draw system.
• Only selected applicants will be eligible for allotment.
• Applicants selected in the lucky draw must complete registry within 15 days to 1 month from the date of allotment.

Plot & Development

• Plot size, pricing, and facilities (road, electricity, etc.) are as per the scheme details.
• The residential colony is developed under applicable Rajasthan Government norms.

Right To Modify

We reserve the right to change, update, suspend, or cancel the scheme or website content at any time without prior notice.
